Chalet Bjornvikken located in the heart of Åre, has been elegantly refurbished providing

Today Scandinavia's leading alpine sport destination, Åre (pronounced Oh-rey) hosted
the Alpine World Championships in 2007. Ideal for skiers of varying skill and experience.
Children and beginners can hang out in the easier slopes, while the more adventurous
can head straight for the black pistes, go off-piste or even heli-ski.
Åre is also famous for its after-ski (the clubs and bars are frequented by Stockholm's
finest every weekend), and for the abundance of other snow activities, including
husky-sleighing, ice-climbing and snowmobile safaris.
